Richard Barnes is a New York-based photographer who has spent over two decades photographing archaeological digs and natural history museums-both institutions of knowledge that seek to preserve the past and mark immutable boundaries around natural truths. The lecture will be facilitated by Rupert Jenkins, former director of the Colorado Photographic Arts Center in Denver (2009 – 2015).
