Recent Gifts to the University Art Collections
August 27 through September 27, 2015 The Vicki Myhren Gallery continues to celebrate the donors of art to the University Art Collections. Through their generosity, the collections have grown rapidly, now numbering over 3300 catalogued artworks. Among many other works, recent gifts include one of Vance Kirkland’s largest and most ambitious paintings, an anonymous Hudson Valley School landscape dating from around 1850, and a new selection of Southwestern and Native American works donated by the late Helen Driscoll.
